Possible solution: Timout in the open function of the Loader

This is probably not our problem, but rather pillow's problem. Should we really solve this?

This could lead to performance issues if some users upload broken files. Especially for the public version. But I agree.

I looked into it. The problem is not pillow, but bioformat tools. We could just disable conversion of files for a public version.
