Response to Reviewers tasks

This will be added to and checked off as I work through the response document for me to keep track of stuff I'm handling.

• [x] Check if we are scaling by tau_max in the results shown in the manuscript.
• [ ] Add a figure comparing results with no scaling and scaling.

• [x] Add the left censored (LC) test description.
• [x] Add LC test to the manuscript code. Probably have to just add it to general functions given we don't want to trigger a full rebuild (check if we are caching the MD5 of the package).

• [x] Convert the missingness figures to the updated ones we've been using in the package documentation (see bottom of https://moseleybioinformaticslab.github.io/ICIKendallTau/articles/testing-for-left-censorship.html).

The values are being scaled by the maximum calculated tau_max, but all correlations are scaled by it in the same way, so the values would just be shifted slightly. I can still add a comparison figure to the supplement, but it should just show a change in overall scale.
