peak - peak nap-height differences for the other scan-centric #15

We did all the various scan-centric variations where we leave a piece out. Assuming we generated decent assignments from them, we should see if their P1-P2 nap-height differences from filtersd scan-centric deviate as much as xcalibur.

Even without assignments, we can match them up like we did with xcalibur and see how their values compare.

It turns out that doing this for everything would be frickin painful. However, for filtersd, we did at least compare the raw scan-centric against the corrected scan-centric. see e14e00de933ba6ebb08c5c05877a87e06d65facd
