And actually, I think it's better to modify the whole paragraph:
Two types of frequency intervals are used, sliding and tiled windows. In this work, the sliding windows are the equivalent of 10 frequency points wide with a stride of one point. The tiled windows are one point wide with a stride of one point. Each point is the equivalent of the difference between data points in frequency space, which is a spacing of 0.5.

I will note that you can see that this is the case by looking closely at Figure 6B and Figure 2B, where the red lines show the width of the tiled windows.
