Normalization of Scans, Mitigation of High Peak Density Artifacts, and Changes in Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) need more discussion. The singlenorm_int and the two-pass normalization are expected to be similar due to the most intense peak selection.

They are correct. I think the RSD comes back to visiting #28 (rsd changes at peak level) so we can actually talk about how the RSD changes for each individual peak across the incremental changes to SCPC.

We are going to calculate SD of the RSD distributions and see if that helps point to where things are better as well. But @hunter-moseley also added to the discussion.
