Cannot Build Project Via Eclipse Ganymede 3.4 via WinXP OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout Project as a workspace project via Eclipse 3.4 Ganymede using 
Subeclipse client on windows XP SP2 system
2. Attempt to run project (no Android build option appears)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to build project as an Android project.

Instead, when attempting to build project via eclipse, project is not 
recognized as Android project (also cannot convert project to Android 
project). Also tried to build project via Ant but with no success.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I can build other Eclipse based Android project located on Google Code.

Please advise on how I can resolve this issue.
