Include static death costs like from Zulrah, Vorkath, etc

Hello, Currently the plugin doesn't seem to track fixed death costs or from gravestone the gp that is spent to collect items. This would be nice to see where you stand when doing long trips at bosses and want to see how you did when you compared to the cost of your death.
