orayta wont install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:moshe-wagner/orayta
2. sudo apt-get update
3. sudo apt-get install –no-install-recommends orayta orayta-books

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Its suppose to install the program, instead it cant install the program

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Its on Ubuntu 10.10 with gnome

Please provide any additional information below.
