Love this app! I'm using it on my e-reader.
Just one enhancement comes to mind - can you add a setting to scroll up/down 
with the volume buttons?

Thanks.
Can you make it follow standard Android behavior by scrolling half (or a whole) 
page per click? Not all Android devices support "press-and-hold" on the volume 
keys.
