Aliyot #33

The aliyot seem to be missing in a large part of chumash bereishit. Just to 
verify I opened the text file of bereishit and did a search on שני it 
appears only three times, the last time being lech lecha. From a quick search 
on the other chumashim it seems that the issue is only in bereishit.
Also if possible the aliyot should show up in the table of contents would be 
very helpful.

While we are on aliyot, if the mechubarim could be indicated would be helpful.

Also, if aliyot were available in the Targum that would be helpful when using 
just the Targum for Echad Targum.
