SVN trunk not distclean #5

There are a number of build-generated files in SVN trunk which should not be 
under revision control:

Makefile*
moc_*.cpp
Orayta

There are also several *.orig files which are likely left over from a fuzzy 
patch operation which probably don't belong in SVN either.
