Incorporate texts from jewishcontent.org

Would it be possible to incorporate the texts from JewishContent.org/pda/, in 
particular all 4 parts of the Shulchan Aruch, as well as Shulchan Aruch HaRav?

Additionally, could you reformat the Shulchan Aruch so that the entire text of 
the Rema's hagahot are in bold, and not just the heading הגה? (Maybe the 
texts from jewishcontent.org will have this formatting information already 
available.)

Isn't a text as old as the Shulchan Aruch in the public domain?

It could be great to incorporate their books, but I can't find any address to 
reach them at.
