我是小白，请教一下，为什么cmd界面全是乱码，能不能改一个功能，有货才提醒。哈哈哈，一直提醒不好

cmd页面只是日志，推送的逻辑确实是有货才提醒，乱码可以看下文档里的解决方案哈
