SMTPServerDisconnected at /accounts/register/ - Connection unexpectedly closed #36

See comments from a new user I registered via /admin:

I did log-on and select a person ( HALL, C L). I also went to Tim's WWI record finder and found several records one which seems to fit for a HALL Charles Leslie who lived in Milson Road Cremorne (and survived the war).

When I came back and went to "Add a source" it took me back to the initial logon page with my e-mail and password filled in. I then tried to register by adding a user name but it fell over - attached is a screen print of the first page.

Not sure where to go from here.

The error is from the registration script which is failing because of the email account issue I think, but that's not really relevant here as the person is already registered.

When you added them did you also add them to a group -- ie either contributors or editors?

d'oh, my fault. Thought I'd added all the necessary permissions to the group, but I hadn't. Sorry, should be ok now.
