feature request: include version of PF system and version of exporter as properties #16

I think it would be handy to have note properties on every note exported which includes the PF system version and also the version of the MD exporter used. That way, the user can tell how old a given note is. Would probably help with bug reports too.

I haven't forgotten this. I need to add some helper functions to easily fetch the version numbers via the handlebars.
