Adding support for the response whose the content type is 'text/html' #18

If the content type of the response is 'text/html', the Hidden iframe transport 
used by Internet Explorer by default understandably parses and executes it as 
tags, not as text. The other transports have no problem handling it.

At least the server-sent messages must be preserved.
