Adding Data, Resource, and modpacks simultaneous management. #5

As this issue is being written, Mod Manager Can manage data packs, resource packs, and mod packs, However, Mod Manager can not manage them together. Imagine you are playing on a server that requires a combinations of these three. Using Mod Manager, you would have to create three separate sets, and then load them all separately. This Issue wants to allow Mod Manager to save all three different types of packs in one set, as to allow for quick saving and loading mod sets. Shaders will not be included as they do not affect in-game compatibility. Due to the current state of the code, the entire program may need a re-write and restructuring.
