When the the seller verifies that they has already received the fiat that the buyer sent, have to send a message to Mostro indicating that sats should be delivered to the buyer. I think a good UX would involve incorporating a button for the seller to tap to indicate the release

Also Mostro send a message to the buyer to let him know that the sats were released from the seller and Mostro will try to pay the buyer's lightning invoice. Example: "Seller has already released the satoshis, you must wait for your invoice to be paid."
Mostro updates the event 38383 about that order to change the status to settled-hold-invoice
If the payment is successful Mostro will send a message to the buyer indicating that the purchase was completed. Example: "Your satoshis purchase has been completed successfully, I have paid your invoice, enjoy sound money!"
