Apple movie trailers freeze picture after a few seconds, audio keeps playing #457

What channel are you trying to watch?

Apple movie trailers

What episode are you trying to watch?

The monuments men trailer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Was expecting to watch the whole trailer, but after about 10 seconds, the
picture froze and did not play any more, but the audio kept running. I am not
sure if this really is a xotuzg issue, but I guess I'll have to start
somewhere. The issue appears on a lot of trailers, but not all. 95% of the
time, if a trailer get a picture freeze, it happens after 10 seconds, but
sometimes it can happen later as well. If I replay the trailer, it will always
fail at the exact same time.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Play the trailers, wait. Some work, some don't.

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?

XBMC 12.2, ubuntu 12.04 LTS, fully updated as of yesterday. Xotuzg at 3.3.6
(from repo).

Please provide any additional information below.

I've tried the plugin on my Windows 7 machine, with the same plugin version and
the issue is not appearing on that one. Can it be something with xbmc's codecs?
I'd appreciate any help, even if it's only to direct me to another place for it
:)

Love the plugin apart from this tiny issue!

Please ATTACH a complete DEBUG uzg.log or uzgplugin.log and add an
xbmc.log. Without a logfile issues cannot be fixed. Wondering where
you can get them? Read it here:

Seems like an codec issue to me. Especially because it works fine on your
Windows machine. I will check my ATV or rPi (Both Linux based) and see if it
has the same issue.

Both systems play just fine here. Tested with The Monuments Men.

Thanks, could you take a guess at which codec is messed up for me? Or how can I
trace it? If not, that's cool to :)

I really do not know. Perhaps you can search forums.xbmc.org to see if more
people are having trouble playing MOV's from Apple Movie Trailers.
