SVTPlay - LIVE streams with catch-up #470

SVTPlay have added catch-up to "Livesändningar" so it would be great if you 
could add both "Livesändningar" and this new feature catch-up.

It will only work on the LIVE broadcasts:

find this feature on the site?

I'm attaching a video. I hope that is self explained... Agenda seems to 
broadcast LIVE so it was easy to find a LIVE stream :)
