[Feature Request] Automatically abandon quests of certain types #8

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Using automated quest tools like AutoTurnIn or LTP I will sometimes automatically pick up quests I don't want

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to automatically abandon quests based on the currently available qualifiers, e.g. automatically abandon pvp quests

Describe alternatives you've considered I can do this manually using the command line /reckless abandon pvp

Additional context This feature should act similarly to the automated abandon of failed quests that exists today

This will be dependent on implementing #7 to avoid race conditions
