Consider being able to change the i18n in the config instead of the UI #16

Carmen writes: "In places where there are English labels, it would be a nice feature to be able to change their wording in the config file. I would rather write something in Michif instead of the “Welcome” that is under the language name."

I don't think we can do this, since the translations will be UI-specific, and that breaks the isolation of the config from the UI
