Speed Control Implementation for Playback Mode #3

Should this update accel and max speed linearly together? Do we think people will want this to feel more like a human slowly and gently moving the thing or more like a robot that's just moving slowly at some speed cap?

A robotic, abrupt start/stop is typically avoided as much as possible, even at slow speeds. There may be exceptions but I would say more human, less robot.

Nice work on this Thayer! From my limited testing it seems to work perfectly and be quite smooth.

Let's assume that the speed thing is just a bug and close out this implementation issue. Will re-open if it proves to be more integral to the concept.
