Another step on the way. Most relevant changes are:

explicit credentials can be used when setting up the s3 and sqs clients
create-queue split into create-standard-queue and create-fifo-queue
wait-time, auto-delete and visibility-timeout options available on receive-message
updated test cases

Plus some minor refactoring and cleanup.
