Filter out invalid wear and health conditions #41

Note noone had conditions as original connected with AND requirement. changed to OR. In some case validity was NA, I retained these, but let me know if that's not correct.

Ah that's because I originally had it as the negative (not selected) so it was everyone who had all negatives.
