Categorical variable names being appended to levels in tables #65

I had an issue where a table couldnt be placed by LaTeX due to this extremely long cell:

Accelerometer wear locationwrist $\\times$ Sleep regularity$^2$

I think we could detect whether moderators are categorical, and then gsub out the moderator name from the terms to prevent this. That way the cell would just be:

wrist $\\times$ Sleep regularity$^2$

This actually wasn't being caused by this issue. It was due to trying to cram 50 figures into a single pdf. LaTeX was not having it on.
