Duplicate filenames with different cases #81

We have picked up two sets of filenames which are causing me some grief on windows (which is case insensitive so cannot resolve the two sets).

I.e. Pa .*png and PA.*png

Can we clear out the figure folder and make it from scratch to fix this?
