Add new datasets #93

Probably doesn't really need a review.

Seems to have slightly tightened up some confidence intervals in the 35 and 65 age groups, but otherwise no big changes.

@conig adding the datasets probably doesn't need a review, but I also changed the pipeline a little, so probably worth a quick look. (P.s., don't forget you'll need to fetch the two new datasets next time you run pipeline)

PS @tarensanders I snuck in a small change to .rprofile to load globals at launch just for QOL. targets::tar_load_globals()
