Debug Console Filters not working #8

The data filter in debug console does not seem to work. What ever I am setting, it always displays Quaternion data.

These modifications have been pushed to github. It will be a part of Build 1.0 (8).

The switched on Debug Console will filter the packets that will be viewed on the console. They will be applied from that point onwards. The global settings for neblina are moved to "Control Panel". Whatever global settings are made in the "control panel", will be reflected in the Debug Console settings as well. (for e.g. if Quaternions has been disabled from control panel settings, then when the user visits the Debug Console screen, the "Quaternion" option would automatically be grayed out. The user will be able to toggle it temporarily in Debug Console to view those packets).

Seemed fixed in last build.
