Automatic database backup #82

This is a pull request for adding automatic backup of databases. This pull request resolves #79.

This pull requests needs to be tested before merge. I will help for testing this pull request on the server.

I would also like input on the README additions and .env.sample script because I am unsure if they are appropriate.
