Would be great if Octopatcher could be enhanced to also handle the Markdown from Bitbucket.

Hi @devhitech!

It looks like Bitbucket creates a completely different format. I think I'll end up creating a userscript first, then eventually add it into Octopatcher. It's not something I can do right away, but I'll keep you updated.
