Offence: Ranged Attacks need a "Range" field #10

I'm currently doubling up the Ammunition field for that, but that's not great. I'll sort something out for this soon.

Ammunition add type of damage and some special conditions. The weapon sets the reach and the damage done with it. I think ammunition must be separated from ranged attack.

I ended up putting ranges into the Ammunition field too, & think it works ok for now. Would like to see Ranged Attacks be able to be moved around, ala what someone suggested for melee attacks.
