Write readme, with contribution notes, and open-source #15

I don't have much time to dedicate to this project at the moment, which is a shame as it's become really popular, so I'm planning to open-source it as soon as I can, so that I can accept contributions. To do this I need to write a readme that explains how to get the project up and running locally, and how to contribute.

I've been very busy on other projects recently, but I just wanted to let everyone know that open sourcing this is top priority for this app.

I just wanted to say that I hugely appreciate your sheet. It is an amazing alternative to some of the products out there. Hope it can not only continue, but continue improving!

I imagine a lot of us here are already skilled coders, so this is definitely a good idea.

Hi All,

I just wanted to let you know that I've finally opened up the code for this, over at https://github.com/Mottokrosh/Sheet, so PRs for fixes and new features are very welcome.

One thing of urgent interest is checking whether the latest version of MongoSkin supports MongoDB 3, and if so, upgrade to it before the end of September, when my DB host will migrate all < 3 DB instances to 3, and the sheet will stop working. Volunteers for this very welcome! :)

I will try and move this issues over to the main code repo over the coming days.
