Uh oh, that's obviously not supposed to happen. I'll look into this. Do you mind specifying the following?
(Personally I develop in Chrome mainly, and then use iOS Safari at the gaming table.)
Chrome 33.0.1750.154 m (the latest, I think). Still happens after a full PC reboot. The opposite happens in Internet Explorer (the only other browser I have), hitting the "Remove Item" button does nothing. But it seems IE has some other glitches, it would just be easier not to support it :p
Which version of IE? I make no attempt to support anything below 11. :)

When removing an attack, the confirmation box is useless: if you press Cancel, the attack is deleted anyway.
