As soon as someone with Axiom joins, this error pops up in the console a good amount of times: [19:49:46 ERROR]: Tried to load invalid item: 'Item must not be minecraft:air'
I'm not entirely sure if you have to do something before it happens but it definitely only happens when people with Axiom join and not for anyone else and I'm not able to reproduce this in any way.

I have no real proof that Axiom is the real culprit but this is some evidence I could find pointing towards it as the issue.
