2018 pool depths of 0 #4

There are 7 pools in 2018 data with a max depth of 0. This seems incorrect.

The 3 pools in lower Lemhi (channel units 9, 22, 71), 1 in the Pahsimeroi (channel unit 98), and 3 in the Upper Salmon (channel units 4, 31, 54) all have a note in the Survey123 table (CU_1.csv) that says "No pool depth".

Were these pools dry? Is the depth actually 0, or should it be marked NA? It's NA in the CU_1.csv Survey123 file, but gets turned into a 0 along the way.

These depths have since been filled in using depth rasters from available LiDAR.
