Channel units in multiple habitat reaches #49

There are four channel units in the dash_cu_points_ shape files that have some points with one habitat unit listed, and other points with another. All points show the same channel unit type. The four are:

  1. Little Springs 2019 CU 209 (Riffle): habitat reaches 30 (2 pts) and 31 (1 pt)
  2. Lower Lemhi 3 2019 CU 3 (SSC): habitat reaches 1 (3 pts) and 2 (3 pts)
  3. Upper Lemhi 1 2019 CU 69 (SSC): habitat reaches 11 (3 pts) and 12 (3 pts)
  4. Lower Pahsimeroi MRA 2018 CU 9 (Riffle) habitat reaches 2 (1 pt) and 3 (2 pts)

Lower Lemhi 3 2019 CU 3: This is a very long SSC, with 3 points at the downstream extent marked as habitat reach 2, and a note saying "No top of SSC marked; Release in the middle of SSC". The other 3 points are not all the way at the upstream extent, but a bit along the centerline, and have notes saying "Top". The main channel habitat reach at the top of this SSC is 7, while at the bottom it is habitat reach 1. Not sure how to handle this, as this SSC is longer than a single habitat reach.

Upper Lemhi 1 2019 CU 69: Looks like the top of this SSC marks the beginning of habitat reach 12, and the points are marked as such. The bottom of this SSC is marked as habitat reach 11, but there is a note saying, "Bottom of SSC 8. Changed 11 to R12; Bottom 69". Suggest that those 3 points should have their habitat reach changed from 11 to 12.

Little Springs 2019 CU 209: this riffle has 3 points. 2 of them (including the center one) list habitat reach as 30. One of them says habitat reach 31, with a note saying "BoR31". Not sure what that note means. The next 3 points upstream are all listed as habitat reach 31 (with that same note, "BoR31"). The next 3 points downstream are all listed as habitat reach 30. Suggest that the one point at CU 209 is changed from 31 to 30, and the note is deleted.

Lower Pahsimeroi MRA 2018 CU 9: two points list habitat reach as 3, one lists it as 2. all points upstream are habitat reach 2, all points downstream are habitat reach 3. Suggest that the one point at CU 9 is changed from 2 to 3.

@mackerman44 and @rcarmichael3 , what do you think of these suggestions? Any thoughts on how to handle the really long SSC in Lower Lemhi 3

@mackerman44 and @rcarmichael3 and @KevinSee agreed to follow the suggestions above for 3 channel units. For the Lower Lemhi 3, we agreed to lump the long SSC with all the mainstream CUs into one large habitat reach, and then start habitat reach #7 just upstream of where that SSC starts. I'll make these edits and upload the dash_cu_points shape files back to the NAS
