Cryophobia causes host to lag to <1 FPS in muliplayer when anyone but the host uses it. #23

Calamity Version tested on:

1.5.0.3

Whenever anyone but the host uses it the host lags until the other players log off. If the host uses it it also lags but not nearly as bad. The server also has really bad tick lag until restarted.
