Real 3D is not something that SD does, yet. They are working on it. There are other diffusion models that ARE cranking out 3D meshes already, so SD will do it within a year, I'd guess.

I guess first steps that we could "use what we have" is to use SD for isometric concept art – prototypes, idea illustrations. And maybe it could crank out iso-friendly textures for Blender, or maybe that's just cut and paste from the images. Dunno. Automation will be on a continuum.
