Include pydpiper in MINC-VM? #245

I see that pydpiper has a VM here: https://wiki.mouseimaging.ca/display/MICePub/Pydpiper+Virtual+Machine

Would you be interested in getting pydpiper integrated into https://github.com/cobralab/MINC-VM?

What I was thinking is that if you could package up the test data, we can provide a download script in the VM homedir to pull it down if someone wants to try it out.

We're working on getting a more thorough test bed for the pydpiper applications. When we have that ready, it would be great to incorporate pydpiper in the MINC-VM you've created!

I had some time so I pulled in the latest pydpiper release into MINC-VM.

When you have a chance to package up the test bed and supporting datafiles, I'll be happy to integrate them as well. Cheers.

v.1.18 is now in MINC-VM but build will fail until #247 is resolved.

Pydpiper2 is now in MINC-VM.
