Request: Docs on CSV output contents for 2.x #332

With the change of filenames and the introduction of CSV outputs for pydpiper2.x we are unsure which column to use for our statistics, particularly in the case of twolevel_model_builder.

The resampled_determinants file contains absolute and relative Jacobians from each first-level group resampled to the second level average; the overall_determinants file contains absolute and relative Jacobians from each scan to the overall average. Let me know if something isn't clear.

Thanks, that's very clear what the outputs are.

I have one question which remains, in the context of a longitudinal study (group = subject), which set of jacobians is appropriate for mincLmer?
