large-rotations setting doesn't do iterative lsq6 registration #379

so possibly the LSQ6 registration is not as refined as it could be?

to recap, our agreed solution is to remove the legacy code for getting rotational_minctracc parameters and pass it a conf file. if the conf file has multiple iterations, lsq6_simple will follow the first teration using rotational_minctracc
