Current ITK tools status #411

I have an open PR at https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK/pull/147 which fixes read/write of files, and fixes the affine transform portability.

Still outstanding is a fix for the RAS<->LPS conversion of vector fields themselves, since the voxel elements need to be transformed.
