5 years ago We could certainly include the Dorr 2008 atlas. We don't publicly host the DSURQE atlas since not all the relevant work is published yet (but give it to basically anyone who asks). Of course, there's also the Allen atlas ...
We have a primitive ratlas but we'd definitely appreciate hearing more about yours!

MiCE has produced a number of really nicely delineated mouse atlases, but they're released somewhat separate from pydpiper. It would be nice if pydpiper pointed at them.

We'd like to make sure that pydpiper people realize it exists.
