Feature Request: can analysis.csv also output lsq12, nlin-1, nlin-2, and other stages? #422

For better compatibility with pydpiperQC, can every stage be output? Then the user can QC at whatever other stage they want.

Should we just filter out fwhm as well? All of our standard analyses just use fwhm==0.2 as well.
