Add label generation to the end of each pipeline #79

We have enough code so that we can include an option analogous to --resample-atlas --no-resample-atlas in MICe-build-model. I think we could likely include this for MBM2.0, two-level and registration chain. Once we have the common space and an atlas template, we can either do a standard atlas-to-atlas or multi-atlas or full-maget. Either way, the functionality is there, we should include it.

Or MAGeT added as an option to MBM

So far, done in MBM and two-level code. Since we do this for the lsq6-aligned brains, adding to the registration chain will be easy.
