This is also happening with spikes that are not identified as separate units. I am using spikeinterface and tried both their CMR and kilosort's - everything else is default settings.
While not the core issue, those look more like electrical artifacts than spikes IMO

I am running kilosort2 on a 32 channel recording, with widely spaced electrodes. I am running into an issue where waveforms are not aligned in time within the sampling window, so they are oversplit and can't be merged appropriately. Attached is an example.
