We recently trained and validated (and published!) a custom model for segmenting autophagic bodies in yeast TEM images using Cellpose 2 (specifically, 2.1.1_cv2 in biocontainers). Is it possible to use this model with Cellpose 3? It doesn't seem to be - our script breaks, and when I try loading the model in the GUI the "run" button remains grayed out. But it would be a bit disappointing if not - am I missing something?
