Hello, I have been using cellpose 3 for live-cell imaging segmentation and that works great. however, I am interested in segmenting immunostained membrane/ junctional proteins. Is there a different method for training with our own data set in this case? whenever i tried selecting regions of interest, conducted training, and then running the model, i get no ROIs as an output. i may be doing something wrong? some help would be very beneficial.
