I am using suite2p to analyze neuronal calcium signal labeled by jRGECO, the imaging is 512x512, 30.95Hz, I found lots of fake spikes from the deconvolved trace, did the deconvolution verified in RGECO? Or are there any documents showing how to adjust parameters to make suite2p deconvolution suit the RGECO signal?
